My name is Savannah Cooper, I am a teenager who fights Chronic Illness.
At 7 years old I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Tethered Cord Syndrome. For the last five years I have had chronic kidney infections--over 50 of them. I have traveled to many different hospitals and physicians hoping to find some answers. In these past five years I have had 7 PICC Lines, a port placed, lost my hair and completed every test and procedure possible. I am passionate about advocating for the chronically ill community. By sharing my story and encouraging people to be kind and accepting, I help others feel empowered. Speaking to young students keeps me inspired. I love speaking at schools, events and conferences!
I love all things Disney, musical theatre, dance, and sports related.
